The app won't launch or crashes

Try restarting your device and updating to the latest version. If the issue persists, reinstalling the app usually resolves it.

I purchased Pro but features are locked

Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". This will re-validate your purchase through the App Store. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

No sound during gameplay

Check that sound is enabled in the app settings. The app plays sound regardless of the device silent switch, but make sure the device volume is turned up.

Can I use the app on iPhone?

Quiet Circles is currently designed for iPad. iPhone support may be considered in future updates.
