By downloading, installing, or using Quiet Circles ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quiet Circles is an educational tap game designed for children ages 3–7 on iPad. The App provides game modes including Numbers, Letters, Colors, and Memory to support learning through calm, focused interaction.

3. Use by Children

The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By allowing a child to use the App, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the child's use of the App under these terms.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Pro purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets within the App are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. Data and Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
